Wickham Park Development

Crown Golf has begun work on proposals for a sustainable new neighbourhood on land that forms part of its Wickham Park Golf Club in Wickham near Fareham.

Early plans include much-needed new homes (including affordable) and a biodiverse public linear park, along with new routes and pedestrian infrastructure. Proposals will also take the 18-hole golf course to 12 holes.

A planning application is targeted for submission at the end of 2026. This website will provide the latest updates about our plans as they progress. We will also share information about a range of community consultation events – we hope that local people will help shape our proposals so that we can deliver a place that people can enjoy for generations to come.

People are invited to attend the first community planning day on Tuesday 20 th October between 3pm and 7pm, to take a look at the early proposals and help shape the new neighbourhood with their ideas and feedback.
